Lincrist Pty Ltd offers a consulting service to businesses that falls into a number of distinctive categories, for example:-

Our consulting service is often required for problem solving or assisting with decision making, or even providing investigative services in determining if monies are being misappropriated.

Example #1

A client recently contacted us to assist with an inventory problem. The product they manufacture uses a Bills of Materials and they needed MYOB to "auto build" the product (on paper at least). To make it even more complex, part way through the manufacturing process, the item was sent offsite for specialist work to be done, then returned for additional "auto build" activity. We were able to provide a solution to their needs, in a short space of time - at minimal expense to the client.

A thorough investigation was conducted and it was determined the Office Manager was completely honest; it was the client who had been removing all cash the business received

Time was spent with the Bookkeeper, and as a result certain efficiencies were identified and with a minimum of training the Bookkeeper was able to save processing time while improving productivity.
